As the supervisor, you possess a lot of power and control. After carefully selecting an intern or a team of interns, you have now created an enthusiastic and motivated group of individuals who all want to work together to achieve a greater goal. It is what we, at InternPower, are also doing as a team. Supervisors are really the driving force behind the effectiveness of an internship. Yet, supervisors also benefit from having a strongly driven group of interns to manage and guide.
